Cherokee Bluff Softball Cub Camp
INDOOR FACILITY FRENZY
Cherokee Bluff High School, along with the Fastpitch Softball program, was established in the Fall of 2018. With the start of any new program, substantial funding is required to build and enhance facilities. Our situation is unique in that we inherited an existing field. While we inherited a field, we did not inherit a space for our athletes to hit in the event that weather prevents us from being outdoors. In addition to inclement weather causing issues with field access, the softball program also faces out of the ordinary obstacles in finding space to practice to due to Hall County School's commitment to share the field with Hall County Park and Recreation. In the Spring, Parks and Recreation softball, baseball, and t-ball is in it's peak season. Out of our high school regular season, Parks and Recreation is allowed priority use of the facility. This means that we must find other spaces to improve our skills due to the volume of Park and Recreation use at that time. We are in desperate need of an indoor facility to be used by our program and the Cherokee Bluff Baseball program. This indoor facility will include 5 batting cages, 2 locker rooms, 1 meeting room, storage, and 2 coach's offices. We want the very best for our student-athletes as we feel they deserve it!
